Tay Township Fire and Emergency Services in Ontairo, under Fire Chief Brian Thomas, took delivery in April of a Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built pumper. Built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis and powered by a 350-hp Cummins ISC engine and an Allison 3000 EVS transmission, the unit is equipped with a 1250 Hale QFlo pump, a 1,500-gallon Pro-Poly tank and Zico powered ladder and porta-tank storage.
