Toronto conducts CBRNE exercise

Toronto fire, police and EMS services participated in a CBRNE exercise Sunday in which multiple packages were left throughout an office tower in downtown Toronto, some chemical based, some explosive. Multiple casualties were evacuated and decontaminated. The exercise was part of each service's regular training.
