Victim likely died of smoke inhalation in apartment fire

Dec. 4, 2012, Ottawa - The victim in last week's apartment fire in downtown Ottawa was not dead before the fire started and likely died of smoke inhalation, according to Ottawa Police major crimes investigators. CBC News reports.
