Wainfleet volunteers, township reach agreement

April 18, 2017, Wainfleet, Ont. - The Wainfleet Volunteer Firefighters Association will act as the bargaining agent for Wainfleet volunteer firefighters if a report by CAO Michael Smith is passed by council. The report, on Tuesday's agenda, says a collective agreement, passed through a November 2015 bylaw, has been in place since Jan. 1, 2015 and expires on December 31, 2018.
