June 28, 2013, Truro, N.S. – Police say a 13-year-old boy has been airlifted to hospital in Halifax after falling off a cliff in Truro.
Fire Chief Blois Currie says it's believed the boy fell about 30 metres today in Victoria Park near a spot known as Jacob's Ladder.
The extent of his injuries is not known.
He was taken to a local hospital before being transferred to Halifax.

Jacob's Ladder consists of 175 wooded steps that allow visitors to climb up the side of a gorge.
