Nov. 15, 2012, Kingsville, Ont. – Police say seven people are in hospital following a fiery head-on collision between a minivan and a car carrying six people on Wednesday evening in Kingsville, Ont.

Police say the eastbound car, driven by a 19-year-old LaSalle man, entered the westbound lane of Highway 3 and collided with the van near Graham Side Road.

Police say the occupants of the car managed to escape after it caught fire, but a 50-year-old woman from Windsor, Ont., who was driving the minivan had to be extricated by witnesses.

Police say all seven people were transported to various hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
